In this year, we have installed over 20 units of our NEO-Series Multi-lane Vertical Form Fill and Seal machine in a pharmaceutical plant in southern China.
The product is a granular medicine for colds, each pack consist of 1 gram. The 4-lane Packmate VFFS has a output of 50 cycles, producing 200 sticks/min per machine. The filling device is volumetric with sliding cups.
We use volumetric sliding cups filler together with vibrator on the forming tube to enhance filling process. The package (stick) are brought down by the reciprocating sealing jaws, while an independent knife cuts the package into individual packs.
The NEO-Series Multi-lane VFFS can be equipped with volumetric oscillating, volumetric piston or auger filler.
