Urge on Safety Label Effectiveness

In the new age for communication of safety-related information on products, we feel the urge to improve the effectiveness of packaging machine safety labels.  Our research shows the 2001 SEMI S1-0701 Equipment Safety Label Guideline, which defines safety labelling for the semiconductor manufacturing industry have the most effective communicate content to apply in our packaging machines.

SEMI S1-0701 is International

The SEMI S1-0701 Safety Guideline is based on the 2006 revision of the American National Standard Institute (ANSI) Z535.4 standard incorporating ISO 3864 and IEC 61310 safety signs with content requirements on hazard identification, consequence and avoidance.  Therefore it provides manufacturers with a single approach to safety labelling for U.S. and international markets.

ANSI Z535 is state-of-the-art

The ANSI Z535 standard has been the primary benchmark in U.S. legal system since its initial publication in 1991; The SEMI S1-0710 standard defines the safety label for high-tech semiconductor manufacturing industry. We believe safety awareness is critical in the new age and we are proud to be the first packaging machine manufacturer in China (and probably in Asia) to embrace to these standards.
